At Moreton Bay Regional Community Legal Service (MBRCLS), we emphasise identifying and explaining the legal issues confronting our clients.  We provide clear legal advice and give referrals when appropriate.  Referrals may be given to private solicitors, Legal Aid, government agencies or other community legal services.

*Legal Document Assistance – preference will be given to individuals with a literacy, social or economic disadvantage in providing legal document assistance and case work.  These two services are limited to individuals on low incomes of $35, 000 or less per annum.  Other hardship cases may receive assistance at the discretion of the CEO.

We embrace the principles of Cultural Safety and encourage people of First Nations and members of the Cultural and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community to utilise our services.

We are also mindful of supporting those in our community with disabilities, either, physical or psychological and aiding them in the challenges they face.
